THE WAY YOUR PROPERTY WORKS
A fresh start.
For what comes next.
A City Centre condo before the photographs. A Steveston home before the first showing. A business space before its new owners arrive. Plan the cleaning around your Richmond property’s next chapter.
01
Make room for a strong first impression
Before listing photos or viewings, start with the rooms visitors will see: entrances, living or customer areas, kitchens, bathrooms and accessible floors. Share the photography or showing date, the property’s current condition and which surfaces will be cleared. The scope can be shaped around an occupied home as well as an empty one.
Entrance areas and accessible floors
Cleared counters, shelves and agreed surfaces
Kitchen sinks and bathroom fixtures
Mirrors and agreed accessible interior glass
02
After the purchase, before the boxes arrive
Use the gap before moving in to address the spaces that will become harder to reach once furniture or equipment is in place. For a home, condo or commercial unit, identify the rooms to include and when authorized access begins. Share both your expected possession date and moving date so the provider can assess the available window.
03
Include the interiors you want checked
Empty cupboards, drawers and appliance interiors can be requested as additional agreed tasks. Name the items that need attention and confirm whether they will be empty and accessible. Surface restrictions, appliance condition and the final task list are reviewed before those interiors are included; belongings, food and stock remain under your control.
04
Match the visit to the building
From City Centre to West Cambie, a condo request should include the suite number, permitted entry hours and any elevator or sign-in arrangements. A house or townhome needs its own access instructions and room list. For commercial premises, separate offices, customer rooms and staff facilities from equipment or operational areas. Strata common areas remain a separate scope from the unit being prepared.
05
Confirm the date and the scope together
Send the street address, approximate area, room count, occupancy and target photography, showing or moving date. We review the requirements with you; the provider confirms availability, price and service details before work begins. Let us know about renovation debris or unusual conditions early so any work requiring separate assessment can be identified.
THE DETAILS ADD UP
Big impressions. Small details.
From the first door handle to the last room on the list. Bring your priorities into a clear, practical cleaning plan.
Can I request cleaning for a home, condo or commercial property?+
Yes. Tell us which type of Richmond property you are preparing, whether it is occupied and which rooms need attention. The provider confirms the suitable scope from those details.
Can cleaning take place before listing photographs or showings?+
Include the target date and the time the property needs to be ready. The provider confirms the available cleaning window with you; an enquiry does not reserve a date.
Does the property need to be vacant?+
No. It can be occupied, partly furnished or empty. Describe what will remain in place and which surfaces will be cleared so the accessible areas can be included accurately.
Are cupboard, oven and refrigerator interiors included?+
They can be requested and are included only when assessed and written into the agreed task list. Let us know which interiors need cleaning and whether they will be empty and accessible.
What if I only get access on possession day?+
Share the expected access time, your moving plans and the person authorized to arrange entry. The provider will confirm whether the requested window is workable before a booking is agreed.
Is this the same as post-construction or remediation cleaning?+
No. This is ordinary property cleaning before sale or moving in. Specialist post-construction work and mould, asbestos or biohazard remediation are outside this service.
