THE WAY YOUR PROPERTY WORKS

Considered care. For your everyday.

Keep the office ready for staff, visitors and the next meeting. We provide recurring cleaning for Richmond offices and office buildings, from single-tenant workplaces to properties with shared lobbies and several occupied floors.

01

Everyday office cleaning

We clean the spaces that carry the working day: reception, accessible desks, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, washrooms and floors. Waste and recycling points can be included, along with dusting, vacuuming, mopping and the accessible touchpoints agreed for each room.

  • Reception desks and visitor seating
  • Cleared desk and meeting-table surfaces
  • Staff kitchens and lunchrooms
  • Washrooms and replenishment of agreed supplies
  • Vacuumed carpets and mopped hard floors
  • Waste and recycling removal from agreed points
02

Shared areas and tenant floors

For a multi-tenant office building, we separate the building’s shared areas from each tenant’s workplace. Lobbies, lift interiors, corridors and shared washrooms can sit in the same proposal as tenant offices while retaining their own tasks, access times and approving contacts.

03

Cleaning around occupied offices

Hybrid schedules, late meetings and secure rooms affect when and where cleaning can happen. We confirm occupied periods, alarm or key procedures and areas that stay locked. A clear-desk rule protects documents and personal items while showing which surfaces are ready to clean.

04

Routine service and periodic work

Recurring visits cover the agreed day-to-day tasks. Carpet extraction, interior glass, high dusting or floor finishing may need a separate frequency, method and price. Keeping those items visible makes it easier to budget and prevents routine work from being confused with occasional projects.

05

What we need for an office quote

Share the cleanable area, number of floors, approximate workstation and washroom counts, operating hours, desired frequency and any current trouble spots. For leased buildings, tell us whether you manage only the office, only the common areas or both.

Take a closer look with our checklist

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Your questions.
Clear answers.

How often should an office be cleaned?

Frequency depends on occupancy, visitor traffic, washroom use, floor finishes and what staff handle during the day. Tell us how the office is used and we can price a schedule that matches the actual rooms.

Do cleaners move papers, equipment or personal items?

No general permission to move them is assumed. We agree which cleared surfaces can be cleaned and which documents, electronics and personal belongings must remain untouched.

Can you clean the lobby and individual tenant offices?

Yes, both can be included when the property manager and tenants authorize the areas. The proposal keeps shared-building tasks and tenant-space tasks separate so responsibilities stay clear.

Can interior glass and carpet cleaning be added?

Include them in the request. Accessible interior glass, carpet extraction and other periodic floor care can be assessed and listed separately from routine office cleaning.
