Keep the spaces around the sale ready for customers and staff. We clean Richmond dealership showrooms, reception areas, sales offices, waiting rooms, washrooms and staff spaces, with clear boundaries around the vehicles and service shop.
01
Showroom and reception cleaning
We clean accessible showroom floors, entrance glass, reception counters, customer seating, consultation rooms and customer washrooms. Dusting and accessible touchpoints can be included around fixed displays, with the exact floor method matched to the showroom surface.

Showroom floors around parked vehicles
Reception and cleared consultation surfaces
Customer waiting areas and washrooms
Sales offices, staff kitchens and agreed waste points
02
Cleaning around displayed vehicles
Vehicle positions and promotional displays can change the floor available to clean. Dealership staff keep control of keys and vehicle movement. We confirm which floor areas are accessible and do not move, wash, polish or detail vehicles as part of this service.
03
Sales offices and sensitive information
Finance documents, customer records, computers and keys remain under dealership control. A clear-desk rule identifies the counters and office surfaces ready for cleaning while protecting paperwork and equipment from being handled.
04
Separate from the mechanical shop
This service does not cover service bays, hoists, shop machinery, oily residues, hazardous materials or industrial workshop cleanup. Service-reception counters and offices can be included, but the physical boundary with mechanical operations must stay clear.
05
Plan the work around dealership hours
Share sales hours, service-reception hours, deliveries and the preferred cleaning window. Include the floor type, approximate showroom area, office and washroom counts, fixed displays and any periodic floor or carpet work needed for the quote.
THE DETAILS ADD UP
Big impressions. Small details.
From the first door handle to the last room on the list. Bring your priorities into a clear, practical cleaning plan.
Do you clean or move the vehicles in the showroom?+
No. Vehicle detailing, washing and moving are excluded. Dealership staff retain the keys and position vehicles; cleaning covers the accessible showroom floor and agreed customer or office areas around them.
Is the dealership workshop included?+
No. Mechanical bays, machinery, oily residues and industrial shop cleaning are outside this service. Offices and customer areas beside the shop can be listed separately.
Can showroom glass and floors be included?+
Accessible interior glass and showroom floor cleaning can be included after the surfaces, displays and access are reviewed. Periodic floor treatment should be listed separately from routine visits.
Can service happen outside sales hours?+
Include the preferred window and both sales and service-reception hours in your request. Access and the final schedule are confirmed for the property.
